Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you're here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, I just love it. And. I hope that you are having a fantastic summer. And I know we just had a holiday here in the U S and even in the UK. And I'm just, you know, summers and barbecues and friends and getting together and connecting it's, you know, it's just beautiful.

And I know this past weekend. That's exactly what I was able to do, was just get together with friends and enjoy a barbecue and hang out and just to have good food and laughter and fun and blue skies and beautiful weather. And I'm just grateful. You know, life is good. And it's funny, you know, sometimes I just have those moments.

I've been healthy now for, what, over 12 years. And still, sometimes you just have those moments, like, oh, just, just reflect and just be like, you know, wow, this is my life. And I'm so grateful. And how much it all just changed. And entirely. I mean, it's my whole world. has changed. And of course, I know that for a lot of people, you know, you might be in the process of the transformation, you may be on the other side, or you might be, you know, working on that, that, that transformation.

struggle spot or the hardship spot, and I get it, you know, I just understand how that felt. And, you know, if you're in that place, I just have to say, you know, making real change and continuing to, you know, really, really, really shift and really change. It's life changing. It really is. When we really understand how to use our minds and follow through, we are all just really incredible beings.

And, on that note, I have to tell you, today's volunteer, his name is Irv, and he's such a sweetheart. You're absolutely going to love him. He's just, he's so sweet and so genuine, and he's also, Has a few things that come up for him that are so common. And so for that reason, I just love this episode. I adore him.

You're going to absolutely love him. And the insights are just pivotal. They're just brilliant. And so that said, let's go ahead and dive in with beautiful Irv. Here we go.

Hello Irv. Hi Brandy. Hi, it is wonderful to connect with you. Likewise. How's your day going? Uh, my day's going great. Uh, it's, it's better now that I'm talking to you. I like that. I like that. And it's beautiful. And I love that I'm talking to you and what can I help you with today? Well, back in August of 2020, I had a L4 and L5 rupture, and I now have a L4 and S1 nerve damage.

My left leg has sciatica and my right does too. But That's only if I walk more than a mile in a week. Lower back, lower back pain. Um, and, uh, up around my breasts, if you go to the, your pecs, in the back of my, in the, in my mid back, I, it feels like a, um, constant burning. I have two compressed discs, which I, I do not remember where they're at, in the, where the MRIs.

said they were. And, uh, I do have some neck, neck problems. I have, uh, my thyroid went from 20, 20 milligrams up to 40, or at least I'm trying to readjust that. And with the, uh, all this, with what's been happening, I have, uh, Tightening of the heart like many, uh, panic attacks sometimes. Okay. And, uh, just because of all the things that have taken place with the, the reasoning why I've got, uh, I'm no longer working.

If you want to go into that further, we can, but, and, uh. That actually, uh. That actually comes up and that actually, uh, um, relates to your body. So, uh, so let's go ahead and on that note, uh, dive in, if I ask you the current level of pain in your back, both, you mentioned in like behind your pecs, like a burning feeling there and also your lower back, lower back feels like you just punched me.

So it's, it's about a half. And then the behind the pecs is, is a, uh, a two or three and well last night it was so bad I had to take five Advil so to go to sleep. Okay, okay, well I promise during this I will not punch you so uh,

we're good to go there. Yes, yes. All right, all right, so um, give me one second. All right, so we're just gonna go ahead and dive um, There's a feeling of feeling resentful in the past towards money. Are you familiar with that feeling? Uh, no, I'm not familiar with it, but I don't, uh, if I do get money, I like to, to give it to other people.

Okay, and, uh, let me be more specific. Give me one sec. That. That. Okay. So, you mentioned that you were no longer working, right? No. And, how long were you at your last job or work? Hmm, three months shy of five, five, uh, five years. Okay. And the one before that, how long were you at that location? That was probably, uh, 12 years.

And the year when I started in business for, I was in business for 20 years after that. So that's probably where the money situation is. Okay. And, um, there's feeling of, of, um, Of feeling like it's not fair. Of kind of feeling like, uh, stabbed in the back, if you will. Um, are you familiar with that? Yes, but I did allow that.

I was very bitter, bitter about that situation, but, you know, I had to come to the conclusion that even though I wasn't aware of what was going on, I did allow that to take place. And I thought I had gotten, gotten over that. Okay. And, um, Bingo.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, first and foremost, I just adore him. He's so precious and sweet. Great self awareness, great self honesty, and also notice his That he had something painful happen, and then, he's blaming himself. And, as I mentioned in the beginning, you know, a lot of the things that come up for him are things that I see all of the time.

And so, you'll want to notice if you're doing this in your life. You know, imagine for a moment, if you open your closet, and you see a pair of pants hanging there, that you don't Now, imagine that you take a post it note, and you write on the post it note, It's my fault. And you put that post it note on those pair of pants.

That doesn't make them go away. Or you put on the post it note, you say, I forgive you. That doesn't make those pants go away. They're still very much And so all the time, what happens is that people end up actually layering things. And what it ends up doing is it ends up amplifying it. It actually adds even more energy to it or more layers to it.

And so you won't want to do that the way you want to think about it. And I got the, you know, the subconscious closet. is, anything that's stored in your closet, you really need to get rid of. And there are ways to think about it as this, is, you know, if you took those pants and you really got rid of them, so they really weren't there, then you could open the closet, And you could look in and you wouldn't see them.

They'd be gone. You could even look around. You could look around, up, down, left, right, they just wouldn't be there. And when you really work through something, that's what happens is that it's gone. It's not there anymore. You know, you could look around for it and it's genuinely not there. Now I know for a lot of people that sounds impossible, but it's possible.

The way that you'll want to think about it is like this, you know, whatever you had for breakfast seven months ago. You probably don't remember what you had for breakfast and that's okay because you don't need to remember. And so what happens is that you want to ultimately shift the pattern. So it's not just about like, oh, let's forget it.

We definitely want to identify why it's happening and shift it. And, then you want that pattern, the problem, the hurt, all of it, to be gone. That is the transformation. And by the way, there's a couple different ways it can go. I mean, one example going back to the closet is, one example is let's say that the pants are gone completely, okay, or let's say you cut them into shorts and now you actually love them.

Okay, that's a different thing, which means that you can look at things in a different way. And then, there's a way that you could start to see it in a new light, uh, that you could actually say, Okay, you know, like for example, my injury, the way that I felt about my injury, going through my injury, was horrible.

The way that I feel about it now, is completely different. You know, I wouldn't want to ever go through it again, but I wouldn't take it back if I could. because how it ended up changing my life. And of course you always hear me say that it wasn't my injury that changed my life. You know, most people who have what I had don't get better.

So it wasn't the injury that did it. It was the fact that I changed that changed my entire life. And so it's not that, but point being is the way that I feel about it is radically different than it was when I was stuck in it and hurting and having a hard time and struggling and upset and pissed off and resentful or whatever other feelings that I was feeling at the time.

You know, I don't feel those anymore. I let those go completely, you know, and you'll want to do the same as whatever feelings that you felt from something. They'll want to be gone completely. So even if you look for them, they're just, they're gone. They're just not the same. You know, imagine if I was sitting here today and I was like, yeah, my injury and I'm so, you know, I was hurt about it, but it was all my fault and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah and blah, blah.

Like I'm not in that place where I'm, you know, oh, that was horrible and I can't believe that happened and not at all. I have changed. I really genuinely feel differently about it. And so when you're making a change in your life, you want to make sure not to say, yeah, it hurt and I've got that hurt, but it was my fault.

Now you're holding on to hurt and self blame, you know, and then it creates a more and more of that pattern. And really, again, identifying and shifting that pattern is key. That's where we're going with Irv because there's a very common pattern that he's got going on. That's actually connected to this, that I see all the time.

And so that's where we're going as we dive back in with Irv. Here we go.

All right. So can you see the part of you that, that sums it up as though you'd say where you allowed it, right? Yes. And so would you say in some ways you're blaming yourself? Yes, I was blaming myself, but I was so embittered by the whole situation. I had to let go of it to move on with my life. And I thought I had forgiven the situation.

Okay.

And if I ask you,

all right, so let's go ahead and pause it just really quickly and notice what he said, you know, that he was so bitter about the situation that he just had to let it go. Okay. And what you can see is that his emotions are still very much there. You know, if you think about the emotions that he's feeling, it is a feeling of feeling really hurt and betrayed.

And also a feeling of feeling then like it's his fault. And so, these are the feelings that he'd really need to shift. And, of course, that would need to occur in the subconscious mind. So it was a genuine shift because, When you create that shift and you get it in and it's automatic, that's when a real transformation occurs with health.

You know, just like if you think about the alphabet, all of us have the alphabet stored in our subconscious mind. We know the alphabet. It's just there. And so to make that shift in his subconscious mind, he'd have to have a new automatic shift. Okay. shift. And that's what you will want to have with yourself is to get real results is to make sure that you've created a new automatic shift that is programmed into your subconscious mind.

That of course is key. So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Irv. Here we go.

If I ask you zero to 10, how much hurt that you felt from that situation, what would you say? I would say that that was a 10, but now it's like a one. Okay. And would you like to share more about the situation? Yeah, I could, I could share about it. Uh, I went into business with my, uh, a family member and we were in business for 10 years and we split up and, uh, it was kind of a, I felt an unfair split the situation and.

That's kind of the, this, this situation we've, we started off very small and became, we were doing very well at the end. Okay, and um, Thank you. And if I ask you how often, by the way, do you see this person still? Do you see this family member at all anymore? Once or twice a year. Okay. Can you give me this person's first initial, please?

Okay, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice the part of you who feels like it wasn't fair, right? I feel that, yes. Mm hmm. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and notice how there's a, so there's a feeling of feeling like it wasn't fair. It's unfair.

It was unfair. And then there's a feeling of, of blaming the self, like feeling like, but it was your fault. Can you see that? Yes. Well, I, yes, I see that. Bingo. There we go. If I ask you, there's a feeling of feeling like life's not fair. It starts around age six. Can you see them? Uh, I, I say, if you can go back to, You see it, right?

Yeah, I, I see it. Yes. Okay. Great. Great self awareness. Very, very impressive. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And out of curiosity, let's say that somebody has a pattern of feeling like things aren't fair. And then something unfair happens, and then they feel like life isn't fair.

And then something else unfair happens, and then they feel like life isn't fair. What happens with that pattern? You create the, the agenda. Right, so, so it just keeps going, right? Yes. Yeah, great, great awareness. And so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And instead of blaming yourself, could you empower yourself to say, Oh, well, that's great awareness of this pattern.

And if our thoughts and emotions, our mindset is help helping to create our life, then instead, I'm going to bring in the feeling life is fair. Life is fair. Life is amazing. Life is wonderfully fair. How would that feel to you? Um, yeah, it's, it feels good. Uh, that's true. Great. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

All right. So let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know, first and foremost, again, I love his self awareness and I love that he can see this pattern. Now, of course, creating a real genuine change is going to be so important for him, especially with this pattern of feeling like life isn't fair.

And by the way, I see this pattern with. People all of the time, and this is also a pattern that I had grown up with, you know, my parents would say that all of the time, life just isn't fair, get used to it, you know, and the reality of it is, is that when I started to become aware of the fact that our thoughts help create our lives, it's a whole different ball game.

You start to see things In a completely different way. And so, something I want to note here is, you know, as I'm, was talking to him and saying, you know, go from life isn't fair to life is fair, obviously that's going to feel hard to do. Like, Oh, life is fair. Life is fair. Just because you're bringing in the emotion, Oh, life is fair.

You're, you're not really going to feel that. But. We were talking about earlier about the change in perspective. And again, when you really start to look at the awareness that your thoughts help create your life, you can look at it and say, well, yeah, life isn't necessarily fair, but it also is very much fair.

It's more than fair. It's awesome. It's incredible. Our thoughts help create our lives. This is more than just fair. It's lucky. It's wonderful. It's so much better than life being quote unquote fair. You know, if I think back to the awareness of what it felt like prior to my awareness that our thoughts help create our life, it was very disempowering.

It just feels like you're going through life doing the best you can and hoping for the best. And then when you start to realize, Hey, there is hope. more than I can do. I can create that change on the inside. I can heal myself. I can have a better life. I can be okay. This isn't the end of the world. And you really take it in and you really get it.

It's truly incredible. And so my point here is, is to go from feeling like, well, it's not fair to just saying life is fair. Life is fair. And just feeling that is a bit of a stretch. Without perspective. But when you bring it into perspective, that's what you really want to do is you want to have perspective and be willing to look at things in a different way.

And of course it's important to really feel it. Which is where we're going next, as we dive back in with Beautiful Earth. Here we go.

And I'm gonna ask you to take in the feeling. Life is wonderfully fair. Life is so fair. Life is wonderfully fair, and moving forward it's fair, and moving forward it's fair. It's great. It's, it's wonderful. Life is fair. And, I want you to notice the old feeling of unfair, and I'm going to ask you to let it go completely.

What old feeling? It's gone. Completely. It's gone completely. Yes, it's gone. Gone completely. Great. And I'm going to ask you to breathe,

and even, like everything's fair, and even looking at it going, ah, well I guess that was kind of fair because I was manifesting that something would be unfair, and so I guess I was getting what I was asking for the universe, so now I'll just. Understand that I need to ask differently. Does that make sense?

I would ask that, uh, my whole, my whole life in the sense could change that. Yep. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe. Okay. And I want you to notice. for a moment. Uh, notice the level of burning. Yes, it's there. It's around a two or three. So I want you to notice that feeling for a moment. Okay.

Bingo. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice the feelings of upset of feeling burning up inside of feeling really, really upset towards Jay in the past. Can you see that? Can you see that? Okay. Yeah. I see that in the past, but in the past, I see I'm really more ticked about my last job and we're getting it.

Yep. I hear you. By the way, how long ago did this pain start? It only started, uh, like two months ago. Okay. And, uh, Whoa. What happened is I was trying to be, uh, tried to, I doubled my workout and, uh, I was impacting the two down or hurting the two impacted discs that haven't ruptured. And then this came shortly after that's around a month ago.

I was trying to be, trying to be, Do the best I could do. And I kind of backfired. I haven't been back to the gym since I hear you. I hear you. And, uh, if I ask you, by the way, if I ask you, if I ask you how fair your last job seemed, what would you say? It's, uh, it's left field, not fair. Mm hmm. Okay, so, notice the theme that's coming up, right?

Can you see that? Yes. Yes. Okay, so I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I want you to notice the part of you that feeling of feeling unfair, and that feeling of feeling taken advantage of, or unfair, or, um, if I use the word taken advantage of. Can you resonate with that? Sure. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, bingo.

And by the way, if I ask you how much you can see this pattern in your life, how much would you say that is? It goes on, it's, it's, uh, it's from always been there, but one time I did, uh, stop it. Uh, I had a mind mindset of being taken advantage of and I changed it, but. That wasn't another job. That was Okay.

But this is what I want you to notice. You've listened to past episodes from the podcast. I've listened to them all. And how many of them have we talked about this specific topic? I don't think any. Right? Uh, I don't know. You know, you touch on Your podcasts, uh, really resonate with me. But for some reason, I'm not able to, uh, connect with him.

So what I'm going to be doing is after we do this, I'll go back to from the beginning. But this is what I'm saying is notice what's coming up for you. It's different than the other ones. Okay. But so I'm gonna ask you just, just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice the part of you that even though you don't want to have Anger for feeling like you were treated fairly like you don't want to have that anger and frustration and stuff there Can you see that it is there?

Well, yeah, I don't want to give them the power Okay, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe Okay, and I'm gonna ask you just for a moment when you look at this pattern You can see it's been showing up in your life. Like you said since conception, right? It's it's been there forever So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe And I'm going to invite you to close your eyes for a moment.

And I want you to think about a real energetic shift. Like really feeling different. Really feeling differently. And I'm going to ask you to breathe, really feeling differently. And I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I'm going to ask you to think about that feeling of frustration towards people, even towards your last job, that even towards Jay, towards just the pattern itself.

And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And can you see the part of you that, uh, bingo, if I ask you to notice the part of you that likes being in your business for yourself better, can you see that?

Yes, I like that. But I tell you what, I really enjoyed my last job. Um, in the sense it was almost like having my own business without the responsibility of having your own business. Okay, so I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, and I'm going to first ask you, are you willing to change?

Yes. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe, and I'm going to ask you to picture what it would look like moving forward. If this pattern really changed, like if it really, really, really changed completely, where you felt like everything was actually working for you and was really fair, what would that look like?

Well, I kind of get stuck because I didn't get the shot and I wanted to, like, go and, because I was forced to quit, I wanted to go work with kids, but, uh, like, helping kids, uh, learn how to read or do easy math, which I'm not super stellar at, but there's kids worse than I am, but I can't because I haven't received the shot.

So I'm, I'm stuck. Okay. And then. So, and real quick. I want you to notice the feeling of there's some resentment there. Do you notice that?

All right, so let's go ahead and pause the session right here because this is really powerful and I want to go ahead and break this down as to why exactly that's powerful. Now, if you think about the last minute, what I had asked Irv is first and foremost, if he was willing to really change. And then I asked him, what would that look like if life really started to change?

What would that look like for him? And his response was, I'm really stuck with that because I can't do this, this, this, this, and this. And so notice for a moment, did he change? Did he go back into the same old story? And again, it's not just him. So I love that he gave this exact example. It's beautiful and he's precious.

He is, he's just so wonderful and he's got such a beautiful heart. And what I want you to notice is that a lot of times people do stay stuck in that same thing, that same, this, that same, that, and. If you really want to get results in your life, you've got to be serious about making a real change. You know, that's something you'll hear me say all of the time.

You cannot trick God, universe, divine, energy, whatever you want to call it. And notice, for a moment, that his mind went back into the old. And so that said, I actually really want to go ahead and pause the session right here just because the belief of life isn't fair is so ingrained. And notice, by the way, he even mentioned he's listened to a bunch of podcast episodes like all of them, but without changing the specific things that are going on for him, he's not going to get Those results, and so that of course is important, and by the way, on that note, we're going to continue the next half of his session on next week's episode, and I can tell you ahead of time, it ends up different than you probably think that it will.

So just kind of putting that out there, and Also inviting you to take a look at this in your life and see if this is a place that you have felt stuck and if so, I want to invite you to really change it, to look at it, to ingrain a new way of being, a new way of feeling, and And really get it in.
