One Simple Thing You Can Do to Make it EASIER to Change Your Life & Improve Your Health

access resource consciousnessAdmittedly, the thought of “changing your life” can feel like an impossible task. Even “taking control of your health” can seem unrealistic or at the very least totally overwhelming. 

Almost every single day someone says to me, “I would never think that I could do ________ [insert something that they are now doing].” 

Even as I write this, I have personally had three people say that to me recently. Of course, three is not a ton of people, but seeing as the sample size was “the people I spoke with recently” and I didn’t specifically set them up to give me this information… that makes it seem statistically significant. 

What I am trying to get across to you is that when faced with making a radical change, people tend to feel intimidated.  And, from that, I would invite you to fully bring in the awareness that there are things in your life that you can do right now that your brain is telling you is not possible. 

This brings us to the ONE simple thing you can do that will make a HUGE difference: 

Remind your mind that you are more amazing than you realize. Your brain’s current way of thinking is limiting you and keeping you from becoming all that you can be in this life. 

Stop for a moment and take this in. 

Allow your mind to fully hear it. Remind your mind that you are neither defined by your past nor confined by your surroundings. But if you do want something to change, you must get something different in your mind. You can do this one simple thing each day, and as you do it, your mind will continue to expand and that can help you radically change your life!
