Introduction

Welcome to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life.
My name is Brandy Gillmore, and after recovering from my own life-changing injury, it’s become my mission to share with others the same discoveries I made that changed my health and my entire life. Our minds are truly incredible. The placebo is proof of this.

Each week, I will take this simple awareness to a whole new level. I will even coach live callers to free themselves of physical pain using only their mind. And then I’ll provide you with a combination of practical and spiritual insights that you can use to master your mind and your energy to help you heal your health, yourself, and your life.

Let’s begin.

Picking Up Where We Left Off With Gabby

Hello, and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, your healing. I just love it. And I just love today’s episode for so many reasons. I’m working with a beautiful volunteer. Her name is Gabby. And you’re just going to love her. You just want to hug this woman. She’s so precious and sweet. And the insights that come from today’s episode, They’re just perfect. They’re just really helpful because I know so often people may experience these emotions at a deeper level and not even realize it Which is exactly what was happening in Gabby’s life is exactly that she was having these underlying emotions Regarding money, but also feeling resentful and hurt and victim and all of these things and she didn’t even realize they’re there.

And let me unpack this a bit more and look at the bigger picture. So when I worked with Gabby for this session, it was about 45 minutes long about it somewhere in there. And by the time, you know, I add in all the comments and whatnot, it would be about two hours, an hour and a half, because adding in the insights and whatnot. So I broke it up into two different sessions.

And last week, we talked about, We were talking about her pain that was going on, and as I started to bring up the topic of money, her pain went up instead of down. And what I love about that is she could see that trigger, she could see the direct connection. And we’re going to talk about triggers even more throughout today because there was another trigger that she had in her own life that actually brought the pain up as well. And so what I love is that she can see the connection of the stress related. Now, as I was working with her, there were other things that came up. If you listened to that episode last week, that first half of this session that we did, you’ll remember some of the emotions she had come up with. She had a feeling of feeling like people wouldn’t like her if she had money. And so she was really afraid of losing love and connection if she had money. And then, simultaneously, she also had this feeling that she was resentful towards other people for their money and success. And that was feeding each other those feelings, meaning that it’s like if I said I’m mad at everybody who’s wearing a blue sweater and then I wear a blue sweater or I want to, I have a feeling that everybody’s going to be mad at me. So that can connect and that’s my point is that, you know, while she’s very happy with her brother and loves her brother and really does love his success and genuinely has just this beautiful, beautiful being and beautiful heart and care for him.

Simultaneously, there’s also that feeling of lying feeling a victim and it’s not fair and resentful and etc going on which of course she didn’t want there but that’s how she really felt at a deeper level and I love that as we go through this just her self awareness of not judging it but noticing it and being willing to change it is just brilliant and just there’s so many things you’re going to love but remember keeping in mind that even as we go through this you know we’re talking about money here, but sometimes people really want a relationship in life and they might feel resentful towards those who have a relationship or a career or whatever it is. And so you want to just kind of also think bigger picture because some of these things might apply to you directly and some of them indirectly or in a different way. And so I want to invite you to think about it in that way that, you know, all of the time, if somebody has a certain type of wounding, it can spiral, it can get worse, because you can feel like, oh, it’s not fair, so -and -so has a relationship or love or money or whatever it is.

And of course, as you’ll see, that spiral really can affect your health and your life and also keep you stuck. And so that’s where we’re going and working on getting Gabby unstuck, and she’s just, again, you’re absolutely going to love her, just a beautiful being, and so where we left off was talking about her brother, and that feeling underneath, that feeling of feeling resentful towards him, and those feelings, and unpacking those even more, and working on shifting them, and also shifting her mindset towards money. And so that’s where we’re going as we step back and with beautiful Gabby. Here we go.

Noticing Victim Mentality and Shifting It

And I want you to notice even beyond resentful, I want you to notice the part of you that also kind of feels a feeling of victim towards his success. That you’re the victim. That’s huge. Yeah. So I’m gonna ask you to breathe.

And what did he have to do to you to make his success? How are you the victim?

Well, logically, I’m not at all.

Bingo. So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

And why does your mind tell you that you’re the victim?

I don’t know.

OK. So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

And if you know that you’re the creator of your life, when would you like to create more and more abundance?

— Now.
— Great, but is it safe to do so?
— It still doesn’t feel safe.

Bingo, so I’m gonna ask you to breathe. And if you stop resenting other people’s success, your brothers, but also other peoples.

Because the thing of it is, is their success is not holding you back.

No.

Their success is not holding you back at all.

Yeah, that doesn’t make any sense.

Exactly. So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

Bingo. And notice the feeling that imagine what would happen that the more that you align with money the more you align with money the more you think of ideas of ways of making money the more you find that ways to contribute the more you align with it does that make sense

— Yeah absolutely.

Great. So I’m gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo.

Releasing Resentment and Creating a New Relationship with Money

So the other feeling, there’s a feeling of feeling like it’s not fair, right? We’re already money. Can you see that?

— I can.
— Mm-hmm. Zero to ten. How high?
— Ten.

— Mm-hmm. Now, why is it unfair?

Can you repeat the question about that last one?

— It’s unfair if…

Uh, if… It’s unfair, so it’s if they go.

It’s unfair that others have more money.

Yeah, no, that feels high.

Now, why is it unfair if others have more money?

Because they have more love than I have. But that’s illogical. That’s very illogical.

Okay, so I have a question for you. Your brother has more success, correct?

Yeah.

And how much does he contribute to the world in his own way?

Lots. Lots.

Okay. Lots. He does, doesn’t he? He does.

So, when I think about it, oh my god, he has a lot of people. What’s that?

My sister, lots to lots of people.

So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

So if we looked at this world and said the more that you have great ways of positive ways of contributing to the world, the more it’s easier to make more and more money. Is that a bad thing?

— No, no.

It’s not, right?

So the thing of it is, if we boiled it down to somebody being in alignment with money, and the more they’re aligned with money, the more they then think of ideas of ways to contribute that are in good integrity, that are not taking…

A lot of times what people will end up doing is they go, I wanna make more money. Who can I take from? How can I take this? Or they feel resentful, or guilty, or jealous, or whatnot, but they’re looking at ways of taking. Now notice, in your brother’s life? How much is he taking from others?

— No, it’s not. He’s not.

Right?

Yeah.

So I’m gonna ask you to breathe.

And what if you didn’t have any resentment towards money? Or feel like a victim towards money, but instead, you really genuinely changed your relationship with money, that it was in a positive way.

— Yeah, that looks and feels so different.

It does, right? So I’m gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo.

I’m gonna ask you to breathe and take in the feeling, the awareness that you’re not a victim at all. You’re not a victim at all. You’re a victor.

Like you have the power…

Like if you say you’re a victim you’re of course going to experience those… that in this life. If you say and feel that you’re a victim in this situation, you’ll attract more and more and more situations and circumstances that reflect that, right?

— Yeah.

Okay, so I’m gonna ask you to breathe.

And I’m gonna ask you to instead be happy for them in their success.

So notice that’s part of the reason that we started with farmers and saying, okay, well, if they’re making money and they’re contributing to my life, fantastic. And people who make clothes, they’re making and technology and they’re making money and they’re contributing to my life. Great. Fantastic. Thank you so much. Right?

So I’m going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to notice that your brother and your sister, they contribute to life. And it’s like, oh, I’m glad that you’re making, that you have success and you’re contributing. Thank you so much.

— Yeah, that’s really different.

It’s really different, right?

Now I’m gonna ask you to breathe. Now I want you to notice your relationship with money.

And would you say in looking at it in this way, your relationship with money is improving?

— Yes.

Bingo, right?

— Yeah.

So I’m going to ask you to breathe and I’m going to ask you to take in the feeling that you can have a great relationship with money.

— Yes, go up.

Great. Now I want you to notice your level of pain, zero to 10, what’s your level?

— 0.5, maybe?

That’s what I would have said, about a 0.3, 0.4 right in there.

Noticing Triggers and Feelings of Resentment and Upset

Okay. Now this is the thing. You mentioned yesterday your pain level was an eight, right?

Okay. There was a part of you that was like upset, pissed off regarding money. Do you know what that was?

— Yeah, for the first time in my life I’m having to get help from the government and I had a note that I had to fill in the form with them.

Bingo. Okay. Now I want you to notice the part of you that was feeling guilty and spiraling and frustrated and angry and victim and all of those things. Can you see?

— Mm-hmm.

Okay. So when you said that there’s triggers that come up, the trigger that comes up and the reason I’m telling you this is because, okay, so notice you’ve gotten your pain down. And then if you say, well, is it going to stay? I would say that there’s triggers about feeling resentful towards others or being mad at money or feeling an injustice around money. It’s not fair that blah, blah, blah, blah. So there’s a lot of…

— Brilliant. You… brilliant you just said injustice.

Yeah.

— That comes up in my mind a lot if I sit with this thing about money. So that is so helpful.

Yes, there’s a lot of… there’s a lot of feelings around money. Yeah. A lot. Okay. So Bingo. So I’m gonna ask you to breathe.

Quick Insight on Triggers Around Money

All right, so let’s go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment…

You know, first and foremost, I just love her, I love her awareness, I love her insight, just her desire to want to understand it and figure it out and her ah-ha light bulb moments, you can feel them and I just love her, just brilliant.

So I love that also when it comes to the topic of money, the triggers, that is profound and she can see that okay yesterday she had this big trigger and her pain went up. Now as you’ll recall on the first part of this session on last week’s episode when I was working with her and I even brought up the topic of money it triggered her pain up and not down and of course it’s going back down now and so it’s going in the right direction, but that’s the great thing is you can see the connection and how these subconscious triggers or emotions and whatnot can actually directly impact your health, even when we don’t realize it.

Seeing Contribution Through a New Lens

Now, coming up, we’re also going to talk about, you know, you’re going to hear me mention the word contribute and sometimes people, when they hear contribute, it becomes a trigger. They might immediately think they have no value in life or they might feel that it’s not spiritual but just food for thought as we dive in when we think about a contribution you want to think about it with an open mind you know when you think about a tree a tree contributes to life in so many ways a tree adds oxygen to the world it helps cleanse the water cleanse the air it helps provide habitats for animals. I mean it does so much and you know every animal you could literally look up every animal. What does a bee do? What does a bird do? What does a cat do for the environment? I mean every animal in some way shape or form contributes and we as human beings when we’re in spiritual harmony with life we also contribute in one way or another.

And so it’s just, it’s, it’s a beautiful unfoldment, but the more that we’re aligned with life, the more it just feels more natural and in flow. And so I’m going to unpack this further so you’ll see what I mean, but that’s where we’re going is just shifting your perspective and flow and value and expanding your mind with money. Because as you do, it really becomes easier and more in flow and more, you’ll see what I mean coming up. So, but really expanding your mind and looking at things in a new way is pivotal. And so that’s where we’re going as we step back in with beautiful Gabby. Here we go.

Expanding the Bigger Picture of Money

Bingo. Now, this is the thing is without overwhelming you where I would start is this is I would start really looking at the different like notice your bigger picture of money has been unfair injustice resentment towards money you can see that right.

— Yes. Yes. Yes.

So if I were you, I would start there.

And this is the reason why is if I feel like, oh, it’s unfair so and so has money and unfair and unfair and blah, blah, blah. Well, now I’m going to feel guilty if I have it.

I’m going to feel like, like, so notice where we started when I said, if you feel like you have more money, you said, because I feel like I’m taking from others.

The reason you feel that way is because of the bigger, bigger, bigger picture of it. Does that make sense?

So, where I would start is a more beautiful, bigger picture with money of saying if we look at money, it can be very, very spiritual. And now, of course, they’re like, if we look at it, would we say the relationship in our world with money is perfect?

— No.

But if you stop and think about it, if we think about cars, do cars help us get from A to Z?

— Yes.

Are there people who get into car accidents?

— Yes.

So are they perfect?

— No.

There are, you know, and so do we want money to be used in a perfect way? Yes. Does it help most of us? Yes. Are there people who are not using money in the right way or what not? Yes.

Just like relationships. Relationships can be the most beautiful, loving, wonderful thing in the world. And there are also relationships that are not healthy, relationships that are abusive or negative.

So just like anything else, we can pick it apart. But if we look at the bigger picture of relationships, we would say relationships are beautiful and love and connection, and they’re not all and they’re not all positive and perfect, and they need some work.

And we can also, but we all need love, right? So we would say, oh, well, let’s just get rid of relationships because there are some that are bad. Let’s get rid of it.

And we need love. We need connection. Okay, with money, same thing.

That we can look at it and say for a lot of us, it’s going to help us eat and enjoy the things that we want to enjoy and have technology and internet and cell phone and food and whatnot.

And is it perfect? No. We need to clean up our relationships. We need to like, so there’s a change that’s needed towards it, right?

Making Money a Spiritual Exchange

— You know what’s really helped me, Brandy, just now is because I’ve come in like, I’ve come and floated into this life feeling I was a yogi that lived in Ashram for years and I didn’t know how to function with all this money and stuff. It’s really helped that whole thing, although I’ve known this, but you’ve just hit it in such a beautiful way, making money as spiritual as love and all the other things that I aspire to and it’s just not being in the same equation.

Yeah. I mean this is the way I look at it is like thank you papers like somebody did farming for me to have food and then I can go and I can say thank you so much for what you’ve done I really like it’s appreciation you know what I mean thank you Thank you for this technology that you have spent your time doing. Thank you so much. So, yeah, it’s it’s it’s a It’s an exchange of that.

Thank you for the value you’ve provided in my life, right?

— Yeah

Absolutely, and so I wouldn’t look at a farmer and say, yeah, you should just do that for me And I shouldn’t have to give you anything for it You should just want to do that for me And I don’t value your time and what you’ve done at all. Just give it to me. What? I disrespect for it as well.

So disrespectful, or you know what? You should have to just pay for my life and spend your time taking care of me because that’s why you’re here.

No, like, oh, you did this and you made the food. Thank you so much. And then do we want the farmer to grow things in a healthy way to flourish to all. Yeah, great. Thank you, farmer, for what you’ve done. Thank you. Here’s the money. Thank you. Right.

— Absolutely.

And I have the freedom to spend it on what I want to this food or that food or this brand or that brand. And I don’t have to be upset to anybody. Thank you for what you’re doing for my food, right, for life. Okay, so absolutely.

So it’s like, you know, if you think about it before there was money, then there was just trade and barter.

So now if you trade a wagon wheel for a horseshoe and for a bag of corn or a wheat or whatnot or whatever it is, I mean, I appreciate that there’s money so I don’t have to go to the farmer and say, hey, can I trade you a shoe for this or or that.

Like, they say, oh, I got enough horseshoes for the day, but you can like it just it’s money is this nice exchange that allows us as a universal exchange and it makes the whole barter system so much easier, right?

— Yeah, and I’ve just seen it in such a different way, just just that it’s you couldn’t not have it because there’s something we’ve been missing out of the whole. whole.

Yes, not only that, it would take us so much more time then you go to the, yes, either I’d have to become a farmer instead of doing what I do, or I’d have to go there and be like, well, let me go trade a horseshoe for then a wagon wheel. So then I can train the farmer for this and that I’d spend my whole day trying to barter this to barter that to get something that the farmer wants because he’s got enough.

— Right, it just,

— Yeah, and then not only that, but it’s a connector because now we can connect with people in all over the world and we can barter and change and all of these things and help each other in a beautiful way, right?

So I’m gonna ask you to breathe and notice that when it’s used in the right way, money connects us. Money allows us to appreciate each other. It allows us to provide value to spend our day providing and contributing to the world and also receiving support from the world in a beautiful way.

And I’m going to ask you to breathe and taking in the feeling that there’s a harmony about it. There’s no victim, no unfair, no hatred towards it. We don’t want that because if we have hatred or it’s unfair or victim then we manifest those very things those very experiences.

— And I’m gonna ask you to breathe go ahead

— I was gonna say it’s also so exhausting

— Yeah

And painful. So I’m gonna ask you to breathe. No guilt needed. No resentment needed. Just love, harmony, value, appreciation.

And I’m gonna ask you to breathe. Bingo. And notice your level of pain, zero to 10, what’s your level?

— Point two, maybe?

— That is exactly what I would have said, about a point two.

So the thing of it is, is we could keep whittling it down, but at the end of the day, you see where we need to go. And that, but you see that there’s a lot of triggers to this. So I would really look at the bigger, bigger, bigger picture

And then start working on just appreciating that your brother has money and it’s great And he’s contributing to the world and your sister’s Money and she’s contributing in her own way and each person is the farmers contributing in his own way.

Reframing the Role of Contribution

What’s that I was really flipped something for me instead of trying to dig up more and dig up more and dig up more and Just start with that as the premise

— Mm-hmm

— That’s so beautiful as well, it’s so beautiful.

Bingo. Beautiful. I love that.

And when you think about it for a moment, the farmer is not getting off of his farm, going to the neighbor farm, taking a bunch of food and then saying, “Here, let me do that.” No, he’s growing it. He’s creating. He’s contributing, right?

So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

All right, so let’s go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment. You know in this part right here I mentioned the word contribute and I know again some people are gonna feel so triggered by this. They’re gonna feel immediately that they have no value. There’s nothing they’re capable of or they’re not sure or whatever it is. I get it.

They’re to feel stressed by it. I was there at, you know, when I was coming off of my injury and disability and all of that, even going through it, I felt like I was so critical of myself during when I was on disability, forever being on disability.

And then not only that, but then I went from, you know, doing network engineering and operations and working in telecommunications and all of that. And then being away from it for many years you start to lose your confidence.

Like I literally felt during that time like how am I ever going to go back to it? Technology is changing all the time and so I really felt squashed at the idea of getting back into life etc which was a little bit crazy for me because I had always loved work. I loved technology. I loved what I did. I’ve always loved it.

And so as I was there in that stuck spot, you know, once you lose your confidence, it’s like, you know, once you get knocked down, it can feel harder to get back up.

And of course, for me in my situation, I just was so determined. I was like, you know what, I just, I didn’t care. I just wanted to heal and get better.

And even as I started getting better and started improving, how did I contribute? I started going to a homeless shelter and contributing and playing with children.

And part of what I did is I would play little games like Life or Connect Four or Monopoly with children while their parents were out looking for jobs. And so it was this cute little recreational center that I would go to and the children would be there and there would be a bunch of games. And so that was one of the things that I did as I was contributing and volunteering as I got back on my feet, etc.

And so point being is that, you know, getting back in flow with life, you can get creative, you can think of ways, but, you know, just starting to build yourself or expand. And, you know, at the same time, at that point, I was also renewing my certifications to go back into technology because that’s what I thought I was going to do.

So I got my convergent network technology certification. That was my whole plan initially was, okay, well, let me get re-certified. Let me get up with the current trends in technology. That’s what I thought I was going to do. And then it kind of all unfolded in a completely different way than I anticipated.

But my point is, if, as I mentioned value, if there’s a part of you who feels triggered or not capable, just be where you are. Be you. Be where you are. Allow yourself to grow and be kind to yourself because just what happens from that place is you do. You get more momentum and you get more momentum.

The last thing that I ever thought I would be doing is what I’m doing now. That was not even anything on my radar. I was injured 20 plus years ago. I never thought, “Oh, I’m going to start helping people heal themselves.” It was never a thought that crossed my mind.

I really thought, “After I heal myself, I’m going to share my doctors. I’m going to show them what I did to get better. They’re going to want to help everybody. I’m going to go back to technology,” and that’s really what I thought. It just unfolded in a different way than I anticipated.

Because as I was volunteering at the homeless shelter, and then I was also getting back into technology and redoing my certifications, I was also trying to show people, “Hey, you can do this.” Like I felt like I needed to show my doctors and show people how to get results, and then just showing people just kind of then started to grow bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.

And so it was never, I never thought about doing it as a career. It was just, let me just show people while I go back to technology.

So my point is, is that just be where you are and allow yourself to grow. So if the word contribute is a trigger for you or upsetting for you in any way, don’t get stressed out by it. Just continue to grow wherever you are. Just continue to grow and be and be kind to yourself and feel the sense of value.

Healing Internally Leads to Expansion

But also healing these wounds—as you heal these wounds on the inside, you have more ideas. That’s what we were talking about earlier. It’s like you have, you have an idea that to continue to unpack this even more coming up, but that’s what you want to just keep in mind is to expand yourself. And that’s part of what happened in my own life as I was mentioning last week on last week’s episode is as I was expanding and growing and mindset, then I also had people who came in with business things who said, “Hey, I need help with my mindset regarding my business and making money and, and, um, you and things that were going on in their life or relationships or whatnot.”

Then I started helping people with that. They were making a lot of money and then they were paying me money. So it worked out fantastic. It just, again, unfolded in a completely different way than I would have thought. So then I kept helping people with their health and then I was also helping people with their business and making money and then it worked and then it grew.

And again, it was the last thing I ever thought that I would be doing but I just was continuing to have ideas to help people and then I used my discoveries what I figured out for healing—you know, it wasn’t like I took from the farmer next to me and said, “Oh, I’m gonna take so-and-so’s ideas.”

Like I really… what I figured out then I just started sharing. So it wasn’t taking from anybody, it wasn’t being mean to anybody—it was just growing and expanding and contributing and it just continued to expand.

And of course it can be healing on so many levels, you know, in Gabby’s case it’s directly connected to her stuck spot in her life and in her health and in her pain and so you can see that connection.

And so that’s where we’re going as we step back in with beautiful Gabby. Here we go.

Embracing a Holistic View of Money and Pain

Bingo.

And I’m going to ask you to take in the feeling that when you’re in harmony with life, you don’t have to feel guilty or bad that things come through you and things like… it’s just a bingo. So I’m going to ask you to breathe.

And then you don’t have to feel guilty or bad or hiding money, bingo, bingo, and I’m going to ask you to breathe.

Bingo.

And it wants me to bring you back here. The universe wants me to bring you back to the awareness of seeing the spirituality in money, seeing the love in money, the valuing, the farmer—we can say thank you so much for your service. Thank you for what you did. Thank you for your beautiful fruits that you, or foods or vegetables or whatever that you’ve created, thank you.

— Oh my God, thank you my vegetables, yeah.

Yeah, so I’m going to ask you to breathe and take in that feeling.

And this is what’s really great as far as your pain goes. Notice that when we started talking about this that you could see that your pain went up, actually. And then we started continuing into it and you saw your pain go down when we brought in a more holistic, beautiful vision of money.

And so being willing to embrace this change in your life, to really create that change is super important.

— Does that make sense?

— Yeah, absolutely.

Beautiful. Beautiful.

All right. So I want to invite you to get this in. Don’t overwhelm yourself. But again, just start with that bigger picture and seeing the spirituality in it, because that will create a big shift on so many levels.

Beautiful.

Amazing.

I love you.

— Thank you, Brandy. Just thank you. That’s just—I’ve looked for this my whole life. This—I just couldn’t get that link. I couldn’t make that connection. And thank you so much.

You’re absolutely so welcome. And I love your self-awareness and I love your heart and you’re just absolutely beautiful. So thank you. Thank you so much.

Thank you, beautiful.

Final Reflections and a Bigger Shift

All right, so let’s go ahead and bring everything together. And you know first and foremost, I just love her. I love her heart and her self-honesty and how just insightful and just she’s just beautiful. I just want to hug this woman. She’s just beautiful and lovely and wonderful.

And also her self-honesty of what’s going on at a deeper level because I can feel how much she absolutely loves her brother and her sister and it’s just beautiful—and her self-honesty with these deeper emotions that are going on that she doesn’t want there but has, with all of the conflicting emotions and feelings going on.

And so it just again—I just absolutely love her. And what I would invite you to take from this is just the awareness that when we look at money in a spiritual way, that it can be healing for your health, for your life, for your relationships, for your love, for your connection—and it can create greater harmony and healing with life.

And not only that, but one of the things that I also love about money is this: is that throughout the years in working with people who were struggling or who were making millions or hundreds of millions of dollars, when they’re doing the work, they’re healing something on the inside. They’re healing self-criticism, or they’re healing not feeling valuable in themselves, or not feeling fair to others, or an integrity issue, or being mean to others. You know, there’s ultimately something inside—or multiple things inside—to heal and form to become more whole, more spiritual.

And so my point is, is that in just like any relationship in life—whether it’s a relationship with your parents or your partner or friends—a relationship with money, and healing that, can be healing on so many levels, including with health.

So just food for thought in that connection.

The Bigger Role of Contribution in Nature and Humanity

And by the way, another thing that the universe is asking me to expand on is also the awareness of contribution. I would encourage you, if that’s a trigger word for you, I would encourage you to really go to Google and look it up and look at, you know, how do ants contribute? How do bees contribute? How do birds? How do bears contribute? How do, you know, what you’ll notice? How do wild cats contribute?

Literally what you’ll notice is that every single animal contributes in one way or another to the whole. And when you start to just look at the world in that way, it’s beautiful. And then we as human beings, the same—we have that same spiritual flow that, you know, we contribute to life, and it’s a give and receive, an ecosystem, and then an ebb and flow if you will.

There’s a beautiful dance of life and it’s incredible. And so just food for thought about the flow of life. And remember that if you’re stuck in this area, you’ll want to ask yourself, “What do you need to really heal? What is off?”

And of course, by the way, if you’re working on healing, I do have an entire video course with a database that can help you to go through and identify and really understand what is going on at a deeper level of your mind. So there’s that support as well. But just food for thought of really going to the deeper level to create that real change in your life.

All right. So that said, it has been such a pleasure connecting with you. I just love this episode and I ask you, please do take a quick moment to hit the share button on this episode—share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don’t even know.

Because the more that every single person in our world is healthy and happy, and loved, and loving, and in flow with life, and supported, and spiritual, and harmonious—and it just, in that flow—the better this world is for all of us.

So please do make a point to hit the share button, and please do have a most wonderful, happy, healthy, abundant, flowy rest of your day. And I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We’ll see you there.

Thank you for listening to Heal Yourself, Change Your Life. All of the time, people reach out and say how much these episodes have given them hope or touched their heart or helped them stay positive in hard times or even woken them up to a completely new level of awareness of how amazing we all really are.

If today’s episode touched your heart or expanded your mind in any way, please do me a favor and be sure to share it with those you care about, or those you know who really need it. As more and more people become empowered, it really will change our world for the better.

That is the point and the power of these demonstrations—to create a radical shift in our world consciousness by showing everyone what we are all capable of.

And of course, each volunteer will really need to follow through to reinforce their programming to maintain their results. But the point is for you to see that you really can create rapid results in your health and your life if you really understand how to use your mind. You’re incredible.

And I do want to be clear though that most people will not get results this fast on their own. I make it look very easy because of the discoveries that I made. You want to remember that there’s so much more going on in our minds at a deeper level than people realize.

That said, if you want to send me any questions or comments, come visit me on my website at brandygillmore.com/podcast. And if you’re currently experiencing physical pain and would like to be a volunteer on the show, you can sign up there as well.

Lastly, please—however, if you do have any health issues, you won’t want to avoid your doctors. Instead, you’ll want to continue seeing them and make it your goal to blow their minds with what you’re capable of with your mind.

Thank you.
