Hello and welcome. It is so wonderful to connect with you. I just love that you are here continuing to expand your mind, your energy, your consciousness, and your healing. I just love it and I really love today's episode. It is just so. insightful on in so many different ways. And so our volunteer, I mean, just a beautiful, beautiful being, and she has incredible self honesty and self awareness.

And so that makes the episode that much more Insightful and and so I just I love the insights that come from today. I feel like they're very empowering and also insightful when it comes to healing and relationships and what you're manifesting in life, so I love that and I volunteer today, her name is Elena and she's just a beautiful, beautiful being.

And I had begun working with her on last week's episode and if you recall, that episode was called Take Back Your Power in Relationships and Healing and Transformation. And For that very reason, I think that you'll find today's episode extremely insightful. Just, a lot of times, the things that can be linked up in the subconscious mind are very different than a person may realize.

So the very thing that somebody's struggling with can have a hidden subconscious link that's also simultaneously wanting the problem, and so a person's then, you know, fighting against it or stressing against it, and then it can create an issue in their health. I mean, so there's just a whole knot or ball of negative emotion that creates a problem.

And gets all, you know, tied up together and creates the issue or is connected to the specific ailment that's going on and A lot of times, of course, when people then start to see what's going on, you can see how much sense it makes. And so, that's where we're going today with our beautiful volunteer.

Again, this episode is just insightful, and sweet, and wonderful. So, hang tight. If you haven't listened to last week's episode, I'd strongly recommend doing so. So what I did is, you know, technically her whole session was about an hour long, and I just kind of chunked it into pieces to break it down because the insights are so powerful.

And so that said, we are going to dive back in with Elena. And also just a reminder from the last episode, if you recall, she does have a lot of Feelings of feeling pissed off, feeling really, really upset, some intense emotions. And she's also a very strong woman, and of course she carries it very, very elegantly, so you wouldn't You'll notice it because she's saying that she's feeling them, but she's just elegant and beautiful.

So she has a poise about her. She's, she's beautiful and there's a lot of strong emotions and she's a very strong woman. And so what you'll also notice in this episode is I am pushing a lot. You know, I've got to show up with some strength to help her to shift it. And as you will see, her pain starts to go away.

And of course she's the one that's doing that. With some really powerful insights. And as you will see coming up, part of what we're working on is seeing things in a different way. The other part is about seeing what's underneath this, and this is what's profound and what you'll notice as we go through this is there's a reason why I am pushing her so hard, and you'll see coming up, I continue to push her.

Really hard. And it is because there's some tricky underlying programming going on in the subconscious mind that she won't be able to see unless she really starts to shift and invalidate this feeling of upset and anger. And so, and then technically there's multiple reasons why I'm pushing her pretty hard.

And number one is, of course, that is because it's kind of like if somebody is really, really, really, really upset. They can't hear the whisper of the subconscious mind. They can't hear what's going, what else is going on, you know? They can't hear what else is going on underneath that's actually linked to the very problem.

And that's where we're going, and that's one of the things that is so profound from this specific episode, is exactly that. You'll notice, in getting the emotions out of the way, you'll notice That it uncovers a deeper level of awareness. And that's where we're going. And of course, also, I want her to get results, and because her emotions are so intense, and even, you know, of course, as she mentioned also, on the first part of this episode, is that all of this anger and upset is coming out a lot on her kids, who are three years old and six years old.

And so, the faster that she can shift this The better that is for them, and the less damaging it is for them. And so, you know, all the time, and by the way, actually, speaking of, if you recall episode number 10, where there was a beautiful, beautiful woman who had, A tumor in her throat and on that specific episode, you'll hear Xena and I, uh, we're talking about how we work together to help shift it.

And then I kept saying to you, are you sure it's okay if I just keep pushing? Are you sure? She's like, bring it on. Whatever I need. And this woman is the same as the same attitude. She's like, you know, let's do this, you know? And so, and great, great self awareness. So just, I love that. And. It's a bit of a push, but sometimes, especially when people have situations where they need to get results like today, like, you know, on, on that episode number 10, if you recall that she was going to end up with surgery the next day, and so it was really about going, okay, she needed results like today.

ASAP. And of course, in this situation, yes, she needs results ASAP, and she really needs to get them, and also for herself, but also for her young little kids, but also because there's underlying programming that you'll see reveals, and it's just, it's such a profound understanding and awareness in working with the mind, and so you'll see that coming up.

And so with that said. We're gonna jump back in with beautiful Elena. Here we go

And by the way, I'm gonna ask you are you experiencing any physical pain right now Yes What's your level of pain right now? It's pretty good at the minute. I run it clear. It's about a five So I'm gonna ask you to breathe And if I ask you where specifically your pain is right now, where would you say that is?

It's all down below. It's all into the vulva area. Okay. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I want you to notice the part of you that has a belief of being a strong woman and that you're supposed to be the responsible one. Oh, that's a 10 out of 10. There's no one else. It's got to be me.

Bingo. So what I want you to realize is watch this. If I had this belief, this is there's no one else. It's gotta be me. That's my role as a woman. There's no one else. It's gotta be me. What does my life look like? Um, very heavy, very heavy and everything's on my shoulders, right? Yeah, how does that feel for you?

Well, I'm fed up with it pissed off with it There you go, so I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe And what if women are amazing, but what if men are too? What if everybody can be in their own power, in their own way, and that you can have incredible people around you, and that, hey, there's incredible guys, there's incredible people, there's incre like, what if everybody can be incredible in their own way?

One person can be great at this, another person can be great at that, another person can be great at this. What if everybody actually is incredible in their own way? By the way, when was the last time you drove somewhere? I'm always driving. Okay, you built the roads, right? I'm driving my kids around all the time and going to work.

Okay, and you had to build the car, and you built the roads, and you built the bridges that you have to cross, and the stores also that you go to, right? You did it all. Oh, course. Of course, of course. Great, so I'm going to ask you to breathe. And I want you to realize, actually, you're not doing it all. And that there are men, women, people, who help us all have incredible lives.

And even the technology that we're on right now. And when you stop and look at it, You're not actually doing it all, and you don't need to take credit for what everybody else is doing, too. You can be incredible in yourself, and you can let other people be incredible in what they're doing, right? Yeah. Yeah, I've never looked at it that way.

What's that? I've never looked at it that way, but yeah, that's great. Mm hmm. So I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a really quick moment. You know, I love what she just said, and she just said, of course, she's never looked at it in that way. And that's exactly the point is that whatever you're doing in your life, when you're creating these shifts, a lot of times these patterns may have started in childhood.

And so what happens is even when she says, and she says this, by the way, a few times throughout today's episode, she says, Oh, well, I never looked at it in that way, which is of course exactly what you want to do is look at things in a different way. To create that change and I gotta say, you know, as far as looking at everything that other people do in the world, that is a normal perspective that I have because it allows me to feel this constant sense of appreciation for people, you know, when you stop and think about it for a moment, you don't want everybody to be working with water, or everybody to be working with technology, or everybody to be a farmer, or everybody to be doing this, that, or the other.

The fact that we are all here doing different things. is really helpful. You know, if everybody was a farmer, we'd have a ton of food, but you know, maybe no grocery store or farmer's market to then get it in, you know, and so there would need to be somebody that's doing that. So we count on people all of the time in so many different areas of life and being willing to, of course, you know, change, to look at things in a different way.

It's going to be helpful, not only for healing yourself, but having a beautiful grounded life of appreciation, of, of feeling that connectedness in the community. You know, it's interesting, but that feeling of community in the world, all the time people say, well, that feeling of community is gone, but really.

It's not. It lives inside of you. Like, I live in L. A., Beverly Hills area, L. A., you know? And so, I live in a big city, but I feel a sense of community just because inside of me, I appreciate what people do so much and I have such an appreciation that it feels like a sense of community. And so, ultimately, What you'll want to do is, of course, feel a connectedness to others, but also going back to the awareness of being willing to see things or feel in a different way, and as I mentioned, there's a couple other things that are even more profound that come up as we're going through the rest of the session.

So that said, let's go ahead and dive back in with Elena. Here we go.

And again, I'm going to ask you to bring in the awareness. That you didn't build the roads, you didn't put in the grocery store, you're not running the grocery store, you're not running the bridges, like everybody, there's so many things that are going on, the technology, all of these things, you're supported in so many ways, men, women, other people, all around the world are doing all kinds of things, right?

And even today we can count men, women, non binary, right? Well, being inclusive. And so, just for a moment, I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take that in, that you're actually not doing everything. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and give a little credit to some other people too. Give a little gratitude for some other people too, making your car for you when you're the roads and and the paving the paving the roads.

And I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take in that awareness and kind of just acknowledge other people, the beauty in other people, and how everybody when we all work together, we all. Have something unique to contribute and it's awesome and it makes our lives better And i'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take that in And if I ask you to notice your current level of pain right now, what what would you say?

It is it's definitely reduced to like a 2. 5 Great and who's doing that I am you are great. So i'm gonna ask you to breathe And I'm gonna ask you to notice the part of you that feels like you're doing everything and instead, and a woman, and your role as a woman is doing everything, blah, blah, blah, delete, delete, delete, delete.

And you said, uh, you take your kids to school, right? And you're the one that built the school, right? Yeah. I was actually, that was the first thing I thought. Oh, okay, school. That's the first thing I'm grateful for. That there's school and childcare. Mm hmm. School and childcare. And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

And I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe and take that in. There's school. There's childcare. There's paved roads. There's grocery stores. You're not out farming your own food and blah blah blah and everything else. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe and take in the awareness. There are all kinds of people all around and you're not actually doing it all by yourself and that's not the woman's role to do it all by yourself.

So I'm gonna ask you to breathe and I want you to notice how you have had a pride in Of doing it all by yourself. Can you see that? Definitely. Yeah. Yeah. So this is the thing is if I said, yep, i'm pretty proud. I run the whole world by myself yep, I created all the bridges and the trees and the Oceans and the grocery stores and the school i'm doing it all By myself somebody would be like, wait a sec brandy.

Are you sure about that? So i'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and i'm gonna ask you to take that in for a moment Take that in, take that in. Now you're not actually doing it all by yourself. And I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

Bingo. I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I want you to notice your level of pain. Bingo. And what's your level? Zero to ten? About two at the moment. That's what I have. I have about a 1. 7. So we'll go, yeah, we'll go with your two, but notice, okay? So I'm gonna ask you to breathe, and I want you to notice the part of you that has a pride in doing it yourself.

Bingo. Can you see that? Yes. Mm hmm. Zero to ten, how high? Ten. Ten. Yep. Mm hmm. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause it just for a quick moment, you know first and foremost I just love her self honesty her self awareness and her strength I mean, she is just a beautiful being and as you can tell I am pushing pretty hard because she's she's so strong and so I'm really wanting to help her to create that shift and As you notice, her pain is going down.

So she is doing that, and of course, you know, I'm working with her, and I'm helping her to do it, but she's doing that. You know, I can't make anybody change who doesn't want to change. So, but there are definitely some really strong emotions, and part of what I'm also doing is I'm wanting to invalidate her emotions a bit just because she has such a really strong belief in them, and.

If you look at it, what just showed up is her awareness that not only does she have this feeling of feeling like she has to do everything and has to do everything and she's so stressed and mad about it, upset, angry, and if you even remember, even in the first part of this session last week, there's just a lot of anger, a lot of Pissed off a lot of upset and feeling also powerless in a relationship and with you know the ex father and whatnot feelings all these upset feelings and There's also that feeling of feeling like she's proud of doing everything on her own and all of the time I see this linked up in people's subconscious mind that the very thing that they're so upset about and mad about and pissed off about is also the very thing that their brain is wanting to On a subconscious level and they don't even realize it.

And so that is of course exactly what's going on. Now I am going to unpack this even further because the same thing was happening in my life in a different way with my injury. And so if you're not familiar with that, I'll share that with you also coming up. But the point to notice is exactly that, is that the very thing that you can feel so frustrated and hurt and upset about.

Can be the very thing that's also That's something that you're proud of that you're wanting and that is the situation with her And that's part of the reason that I'm needing to push so hard is because I want her to see I just I want more Than anything for her to be able to to get out of this pain so she can see What's really there that she can see that genuinely shifting this pattern She's able to release the pain because what can happen guys and I see this all the time is that Somebody has an emotion that may not be the best for them, but they want to keep it.

Like in her case, you know. She could absolutely want to keep the feeling of feeling proud of doing everything by herself. And, and she could absolutely want to keep that emotion. In which case, there's no way I'm gonna make her change her mind and make her change if she doesn't want to. So it's, it's up to her.

And, of course, my goal is to be able to help her to shift it enough so that she can see that she really does want to change it and she can see and experience. That it's connected to her pain. So she is doing exactly that. She's shifting it and it's working and she's an amazing, amazing, amazing being. And so I love that.

And as we step into this next part, I am gonna continue pushing a bit. Just because, again, wanting to invalidate these feelings and, and shift them so she can see that it's connected. And by the way, just a side note, you know, when I talk about feeling like You're not doing everything yourself. Some people immediately go to a place of like, Oh, well then I'm codependent and I have to depend and, and, and, you know, be needy on this person and needy on that person and needy on that person.

And definitely not, you know, when you start to look at it for a moment. A person can feel very supported in life by manifesting a life that, where they have, you know, people who support and, and take care of the garden, or people who support and take care of the kids, like a after school program, or a program, or a nanny, or different things like that.

So she's got some help with them, and of course, spending time with the kids is important too. But just saying that it's not about. codependency, but it's about creating a life that feels supported and harmonious. And the reason that I want to emphasize this is I know that there are a lot of people who feel this way, who felt completely unsupported, unsupported by a spouse, or loved one, or life, or anything, or overwhelmed.

And if that's you, you'll definitely want to notice What else is going on? So just like Elena, there's always something that's happening underneath on a subconscious level. You know, it's always, always there. And so, you'll definitely want to change that. Again, we'll talk a little bit more about that coming up, and also as we dive in, really working on creating and landing this shift of feeling.

Genuinely different. And so that's where we're going as we step back in with beautiful Elena. Here we go.

And if I told you that there's somebody who has this extreme pride in hardship, huge pride in hardship, just huge. What does their life look like? Quite depressing. And very narrow, very narrow minded, I suppose. Okay. And how impressive is that? Not at all. Not at all. Now, if one of your kids grows up and they're 40 years old and they're walking around going, I'm doing everything all by myself.

Are you like, wow, that's so amazing. Or would you say why? Like there's this world around us. What if you create this amazing life where you're happy and healthy and feeling supported and, and like living life to its fullest and, and loving and enjoying and, and traveling and, and having a full life and being happy and, and feeling like life is abundant and successful.

What does that look like? And. Or if they're like, I'm doing it all by myself and I'm so proud. Which one's more impressive? Definitely, uh, being, you know, open and taking in help and, you know, having friendships and relying on others. Great. Someone asked you to breathe and is it so impressive then for you?

Uh, probably because I've been brought up to not rely on men. Okay. And, uh, how's that working out for you? Wow. Not great. But, yeah. Yep. So you've been grow By the way, you grew up, uh, you, you grew up, uh, with the belief to not rely on men, right? Yeah. Because they like you more. Yeah. So let's be honest. Would you say the majority of people who have built the roads that you're traveling on were built by men?

I would ho I would hope so. I would hope so. Okay. And by the way The house that you're living in, would you say the majority of the construction workers who were on it were probably women, right? Probably not Okay, probably not. So Uh, so you don't but you don't rely on your house though, right? You you don't really rely on the bed you sleep on and all of that.

I'm sure I do obviously. Oh, so what you're saying is you already do rely on men. You just don't give them credit for it. Awesome You Yeah, I hadn't thought about it that way. Okay, great. So I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe, and can you just for a moment realize we've all relied on men, and women.

We all rely on each other. We wouldn't have running water without somebody who's helping us. We wouldn't have running electricity without relying on somebody. Yeah. We wouldn't have technology right now without relying on somebody. Yeah. So, you have this belief that you can't rely on men, and Which is making your life really, really, really difficult, and you're impressed with it.

Is that what you're telling me? Well, now I'm definitely not impressed with it. Great. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And moving forward, first and foremost, would you be willing to acknowledge that you are already relying on men? For sure. Yeah, for sure. I've never thought about it in the way you presented it at all.

Great. So, I'm going to ask you just for a moment to breathe. And I love your awareness. I love your awareness where you go. You know what? I've never thought about it in this way. Beautiful. Beautiful awareness. Beautiful Self honesty. Beautiful. So I'm gonna ask you just for a moment to breathe and take that in.

And by the way, Let's say that there's a woman who walks into the room. She's really really pissed off. She's so pissed. So pissed. How easy is it? To have her get a new perspective. Pretty impossible again. Pretty impossible. How easy is it to talk to her? She's not listening. She's not listening. Okay, so the thing of it is, you know that to be true, right?

Mmm, definitely. So is it possible that you've maybe been a little bit difficult? Yeah, I think I've definitely been a bit difficult. Okay, great. to ask you to breathe. And moving forward, and I'm going to kind of put this in a silly way, but I want you to notice that if you're in that pissed off state, you're not accessing your genius.

You're not able to access your intelligence and your geniusness to its fullest. You're not. So in other words, your anger, lovingly said, your anger makes you stupid. Yeah. Yeah. Said with silliness. And the thing of it is you're not, but it's not allowing you to access. Your genius. And of course, to be clear, I'm not calling you stupid and you're definitely not stupid.

I'm just saying you're not able to access the best of you, your resourcefulness, your expansiveness, your intelligence, your best of you, your heart, your being. You're not able to access all that if you're stuck in that. Does that make sense? Definitely. Yeah, great Now the reason that i'm pushing a bit on that is because I can see how stuck you have been very stuck Right extremely.

Oh, yeah Very okay, and if you continue to do it tomorrow Or the next day. Or the next day. Or the next day. You're not going to access your best self. You're not going to access your intelligence, your genius, your next highest good, your expansiveness. You're, it's all going to be unaccessible to you. Does that make sense?

Yeah, definitely. Great. So I'm going to ask you to breathe. And if I ask you, moving forward, how much you want to keep the pissed off, what would you say? Oh, for sure. So, so sure. What's that? I don't want to keep it, for sure. I want it gone. Great, so I'm gonna ask you to breathe.

All right, so let's go ahead and pause the session right here. And I have to say, I just love this woman. I mean, she's so beautiful and strong and wonderful, and her self awareness and her self honesty is, it's just beautiful. And, of course, She's also got a lot of stuckness and I get it and of course I'm pushing pretty hard because I want to see her Really shift this and you know her pain.

It's down to a two three, you know, it's it which is great and She continues to get it down further. So that's where we're going to go But we're going to go there on next week's episode. I do want to break this down again, just because this part about accessing the best of you and accessing your best self, your happiness, your power, your everything, you know, if you're stuck in negative emotions, it can keep you from accessing your best self and also from being able to see what's in your subconscious mind and really being able to change.

And so you can see how in her situation the very thing that's upsetting her so much, that she's frustrated, she's overwhelmed, she's pissed off, you know, she's hurt, she's doing it all on her own, she's just overwhelmed, is again the very thing that she's Loving, and having pride in, is doing it all by herself, and raised, that women need to do everything, and you can't count on men.

So that, unfortunately, isn't true. is what's showing up in her life. And I see this all of the time with people, just in general, and in relationships with women where they say, Hey, I can't count on men or men are like kids. You know, it's like, I have three children. I have my two kids and my husband. And they kind of joke around about that, but they say it enough that they ended up feeling exactly that.

And you'll want to remember the more you can take back your power. The more you can feel that shift in your life. And so there's a couple key insights that I want to share with you here. And it's this, you know, in some places I have seen before where women do say that. They'll say, Oh my God, my husband's such a kid.

And what's happened is that The, the wife, the woman, she's being so much like so in a negative place and controlling and upset and, and overwhelmed and all these things that to kind of compensate, the man starts then being more playful and more silly and more, you know, like a kid. And then so the woman then feels like she's got to be more upset and more in control and more of this and more of that.

And then the man ends up being more playful and more like a kid and more trying not to take everything seriously and, and it's like their patterns fuel on each other. And so what I want to invite you to do is notice if any of this is going on in your life, maybe in your relationship or even the other part that I mentioned, how the very thing that you're not wanting.

And what's causing the problem is also the very thing that you're subconsciously wanting. And I mentioned previously that in my own life, that was part of what was going on in my subconscious mind, is, you know, if you recall, my triggers started around 9 11, which was something that surprised me because I wasn't even there, but I was on the phone with people who were in the Trade Towers and all of that when everything was happening What happened is that I ended up with a huge fear that I was going to die in my subconscious mind that I didn't even realize, you know, when that fear came up, I was like, Oh, that's ridiculous.

You know, I just kind of brushed it away. So it's not like I was having anxiety or anything like that. It was one of those thoughts. It was a fleeting thought that I was like, Oh, that's ridiculous. Let me go about my day. So that was there in my subconscious mind. And then simultaneously, there was a part of me that wanted to die to save others.

That was a really big part of my being. You grow up and you sacrifice yourself for others, and you die for others, and there was a lot of pride around self sacrifice and dying for others that I had grown up with. And so, both of those patterns We're then triggering each other and so that was something that I needed to shift to be able to shift my health.

And so that's the very reason that I want to pause this session here is because it's common for people to have those mixed feelings. Those feelings of not wanting something and then simultaneously wanting it on a subconscious level. And sometimes this is true when it comes to relationships, and other times it's true in other areas of life as well.

And so on that note, I want to just invite you to think about something that's positive that you do want in your life, that you're wanting to manifest, whatever that is. And write down the reasons that you do want it, you know, just reinforce to your brain that you really want what you want, what you want, because notice in her situation, She was overwhelmed by not feeling supported, but the idea of being supported and having support in life wasn't something that she really wanted, because she had pride in doing it by herself.

So it wasn't something that she really wanted, and so I want to encourage you to just think about something that it is that you are wanting. and write down all of the reasons that you do want it. So you can help align your mind and your energy with exactly that. And by the way, if you find something that is contradictory to it, just like with this session right here where there's contradictory, conflicting programming, then I want to encourage you to look at that pattern as well.

And really be willing to transform it in your life and Remember to remember that, you know, nobody can make you change, but you, you know, even on the last episode, we were talking about Vicky, who healed herself from her situation and surprised her doctors, and she's the one who did it, and my point being is that to make a real change, you've got to want it, and you've got to really, truly align with it, and so on that note, I want to invite you To start working on aligning with that in your own mind.

To write down the reasons that you do want it. To reinforce it, to read it, to take it in. To really, really, really feel that and take it in really strongly. And, if there's anything that's resisting it or opposite of that, be willing to genuinely change that in your life. All right, so that said, on next week's episode, we are going to take it to the next level.

There's actually quite a different, interesting piece that comes in as the final piece that's needed to really shift her pain. It's very insightful and pivotal. So I love that, and that's what we'll be talking about next week. It's just empowering to be able to see that when things come up in your life, you're not You're not disempowered.

You're not the one that's, you're, you're not stuck. You're not, you know, at the mercy of everybody else. But when you really look at your mind programming and you see what's there, it allows you to take back your power. And so I want to invite you to do that.
